Wake-up via Button Combination

As an installer, if I have installed a battery-powered product with a switch-type input, I want to avoid taking out my screwdrivers, removing the finish plate, unscrewing the device, taking everything out of the box… to wake up the product and put it back in config mode (DFU, deprovisioning, …) which is all the more difficult when it comes to asking my resident to do it over the phone, or which forces me to travel for a simple repair.

The objective is to allow a wake-up method for a product that would have a two-way or simple single/double button by a button combination.

Requirement: 10 rapid presses put the product in config mode

Requirement: If the 10th press is long and followed by 10 new short presses, the product resets.

Requirement: These combinations must be effective regardless of the product state once started (provisioned, configured, etc…)

Requirement: This combination works regardless of which button is pressed (double button).

Requirement: Adding this timer must not affect battery consumption.
